Managed design effort of 93 room, three story, stick-built hotel project constructed ground up via a ground lease at the township owned golf course; project included the expansion of an existing country club restaurant that was integrated with hotel patio. Coordinated effort between civil engineer, architect, interior design team, and Marriott Corporate design team. Developed responsibility matrix, assigned task to various members of the design and construction teams, identified FF&E package, and coordinated pre-construction and value engineering services, and awarded GMP contract. Worked with operating partner to divide tasks between the construction group and the operations group.
