Managed the dramatic renovation of a 1900 sf building, along with challenging site grades, structural issues, and code compliance considerations. In order to make the site work, the renovation retained three building walls but rebuilt everything else: new roof, parapet, glass storefront, interior, and we even lowered the concrete floor 20 inches.
