Completed site redevelopment of the Spring House Village Shopping Center located on a 17.8 acre site in Spring House, PA. Project included six new retail buildings totaling over 100,000 SF, including a new 55,000 SF Whole Foods and a 15,000 SF CVS Pharmacy. Managed building and site demolition as well as extensive sitework that included grading changes, import and placement of 50,000 CY structural fill material, replacing all existing utilities servicing the center, all new sidewalks, curbs and paving, and significant offsite roadway and signalization work.
