Guided Citylight Church through the inspection and due diligence process for their purchase of 4050 Main Street in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, as well as setting up the project for success. This required: the identifing, hiring, and coordinating all due diligence activities including Environmental, Civil, Geotechnical, and Structural Engineers; hiring and managing architectural services for schematic design; appropriating pre-construction services from a general contractor; building a budget and schedule that was realistic and achievable; and identifying and communicating with funding sources, which included the use of historic tax credits.
