Managed tenant fitout for a +/- 16,000 SF classroom and office space, including all new MEP systems. Supervised finalization of design, prepared RFP and awarded contract incorporating Drexel University’s standard contract form and policies. Directed all construction activities and coordination with landlord and building management firm. Drove project to completion on time and on budget, with aggressive schedule in a busy, occupied building; Drexel started classes 60 days after construction start.
